Here is how our typical transaction works

Step 1

An agent brings us an off market fixer with pictures and asking price.

Step 2

We schedule an in person appointment with the agent @ the house. Typically about 15 minutes

Step 3

We submit terms to the agent & sign a residential purchase agreement so you can represent us as the buyer.

Step 4

We close escrow on your sellers timeline.

Step 5

We remodel the home & relist
the property with you.

Once the remodel is completed, we allow you to market the property for us, and pulling more listings and more buyers in the marketplace through open houses and direct mail. If we encounter a seller who situation is best suited for a traditional sale on the open market, then we will refer the seller to you as well.
